I-Identity

Accepting and empowering your identity, being proud of who you are, we are a generation of accepting and body positivity.

Social media have a huge impact on how people look at thier selves. Seeing tall, skinny and flawless women. Muscled, jaw line perfection and flawless men provide impact on how we view ourselves. "Should i be that thin, why cant i be flawless and tall", "i need to go to the gym".

We can look at this as a positive goal for ourselves to help us get fitter and healther but theres also the negatives. Taking it to far, anorexia, steriods, getting in huge debt, having surgery to make you feel better about yourself. depression, pressure on well being.

We are chnaging and more accepting as a society, curves are beautiful, stunning plus size models, theres no need to be shy be more body postivity. Marilyn Manroe a world famous beauty and fashion icon, she was not the perfect size 8 she was a gorgous size 14.

Celebrities showing age is just a number take Jennifer Aniston for instance she has aged gracefully and still looks stunning as if she was in her 20s.

For the younger generation Billy Illish she doesnt show much skin on her perfomances but she is still a beautiful women.

Makeup, do we wear it as a ' this is how i want people to see me', are we hiding behind a mask? Is it because it makes us feel better about ourselves?

The beauty industry have captivated us women into buying thier products as we believe we must wear makeup to be considered beautiful. When we should feel confident in our own skin.

Fashion, is a forever quick changing industry one week you could be in trend by the next week your wearing something classed as old. As a nation we buy clothes more for desire then actual need, dump sites are getting filled with unwanted clothes, filling up third world countries all because we had to throw them out due to social pressure.

You should look and wear things that make you happy, that compliments who you are as a person, be positive of who you are and feel confident in who you are.

Start connecting yourself mind, body and soul. Embrace who you are, as your Identity is beautiful!!
