Do you ever feel exhausted from trying to please everyone, putting everyone first, staying up all night with your brain on overload because your trying tonfind a solution that will make everyone happy, all those emotions, anxious, worried, don't want to let anyone down.
Then when you do what you think is right by pleasing everyone they complain, or become rude or disrespectful not knowig what you went through to even make that decision. They asked for specific request or how they want it done and so you accommodate that decision and do what you can to make sure it is right for them and then just for them to complain without even a thank you for the effort.
This can be so demoralising, knocks confidence, and brings down overall mental wellbeing of not feeling good enough. The worst part is that you do it all over again to try and make it right for them, all those late nights, over thinking, stress just for them to the same, its such a vicious circle yet your willing to want to to please and do right cant be ignored so you wpuld go through the circle a milliln times despite how it affects you.
I have gone through this process several times myself. At what point do you say enough is enough!, when do you stick up for yourself and say actually what you did was lpvely, brilliant, thoughtful its them being petty, unkind and disrespectful?
Have you or going through a similar situation of a stressful pleasing situation? Or overcome such an experience or do we keep on doing it because of thats who we are kind, thoughtful and willingness to help a million times over despite the affects it has on yourself?
